{"id":3334,"date":"2025-07-23T08:10:07","date_gmt":"2025-07-23T08:10:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.congost.com\/?p=3334"},"modified":"2025-07-23T10:37:59","modified_gmt":"2025-07-23T10:37:59","slug":"espagne-renforce-son-engagement-en-faveur-de-la-durabilite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.congost.com\/fr\/index.php\/nouvelles\/espagne-renforce-son-engagement-en-faveur-de-la-durabilite.html","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019Espagne renforce son engagement en faveur de la durabilit\u00e9 : De nouvelles exigences pour des emballages 100 % recyclables \u00e0 partir de 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"105\" data-end=\"249\"><strong data-start=\"105\" data-end=\"249\">L\u2019Espagne renforce son engagement en faveur de la durabilit\u00e9 : De nouvelles exigences pour des emballages 100 % recyclables \u00e0 partir de 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"251\" data-end=\"683\"><strong data-start=\"251\" data-end=\"275\">Madrid, juillet 2025<\/strong> \u2014 En accord avec les objectifs de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire, le gouvernement espagnol a annonc\u00e9 de nouvelles mesures r\u00e9glementaires qui auront un impact direct sur la production, la distribution et la commercialisation des emballages et conditionnements. <strong data-start=\"557\" data-end=\"577\">\u00c0 partir de 2025<\/strong>, tous les emballages mis sur le march\u00e9 devront \u00eatre <strong data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"682\">100 % recyclables, r\u00e9utilisables ou compostables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"1171\">Cette r\u00e9glementation s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de la <strong data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"811\">loi sur les d\u00e9chets et les sols contamin\u00e9s pour une \u00e9conomie circulaire<\/strong>, adopt\u00e9e en 2022, qui pr\u00e9voyait d\u00e9j\u00e0 des restrictions sur les plastiques \u00e0 usage unique et encourageait l\u2019\u00e9coconception. Le nouveau d\u00e9cret royal, publi\u00e9 ce mois-ci au Bulletin Officiel de l\u2019\u00c9tat (BOE), va encore plus loin en imposant aux entreprises de repenser leurs emballages pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res stricts de recyclabilit\u00e9 et de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1243\"><strong data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1243\">Principaux changements introduits par la nouvelle r\u00e9glementation :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1245\" data-end=\"1909\">\n<li data-start=\"1245\" data-end=\"1420\">\n<p data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1420\"><strong data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1283\">Recyclabilit\u00e9 totale obligatoire<\/strong> : Tous les emballages devront \u00eatre techniquement recyclables dans les conditions r\u00e9elles du syst\u00e8me de gestion des d\u00e9chets en Espagne.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1597\">\n<p data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1597\"><strong data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1452\">\u00c9coconception obligatoire<\/strong> : Les mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s devront permettre le recyclage m\u00e9canique, en \u00e9vitant les additifs, pigments et \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui compliquent le processus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1739\">\n<p data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1739\"><strong data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1620\">\u00c9tiquetage clair<\/strong> : De nouveaux symboles et syst\u00e8mes d\u2019identification permettront aux consommateurs de trier correctement les d\u00e9chets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"1909\">\n<p data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1909\"><strong data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1771\">Objectif de r\u00e9utilisation<\/strong> : Dans certains secteurs comme la logistique et la distribution, des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019emballages r\u00e9utilisables avec consigne seront encourag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"2181\">Ces mesures concerneront les fabricants, les conditionneurs, les distributeurs et les commer\u00e7ants.
