A partir del 1 de enero de 2026, todos los envases puestos en el mercado deber\u00e1n ser 100% reciclables, reutilizables o compostables.<\/p>\n<p>Esta normativa forma parte del desarrollo de la Ley de Residuos y Suelos Contaminados para una Econom\u00eda Circular, aprobada en 2022, que ya establec\u00eda restricciones al pl\u00e1stico de un solo uso y la promoci\u00f3n del ecodise\u00f1o. El nuevo Real Decreto, publicado en el BOE este mes, da un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1, obligando a las empresas a redise\u00f1ar sus envases para cumplir con criterios estrictos de reciclabilidad y trazabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Principales cambios que introduce la nueva regulaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obligatoriedad de reciclabilidad total: Todos los envases deber\u00e1n ser t\u00e9cnicamente reciclables en las condiciones reales del sistema de gesti\u00f3n de residuos espa\u00f1ol.<\/li>\n<li>Ecodise\u00f1o obligatorio: Se deber\u00e1n emplear materiales que faciliten el reciclaje mec\u00e1nico, evitando el uso de aditivos, pigmentos y elementos que dificulten el proceso.<\/li>\n<li>Marcado y etiquetado claro: Nuevos s\u00edmbolos y sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n facilitar\u00e1n la separaci\u00f3n correcta por parte del consumidor.<\/li>\n<li>Objetivo de reutilizaci\u00f3n: Para determinados sectores, como la log\u00edstica y distribuci\u00f3n, se impulsar\u00e1n los embalajes reutilizables con sistemas de retorno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estas medidas afectar\u00e1n a fabricantes, envasadores, distribuidores y comercializadores. Desde el Ministerio para la Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica se ha anunciado la creaci\u00f3n de una l\u00ednea de ayudas para facilitar la adaptaci\u00f3n de las pymes a esta nueva normativa.<\/p>\n<p>Esta nueva legislaci\u00f3n va en l\u00ednea con las soluciones ofrecidas por <strong>Congost Plastic<\/strong>, que desde hace a\u00f1os apuesta por la sostenibilidad mediante una amplia gama de productos fabricados con materiales 100% reciclables, reutilizables y dise\u00f1ados para una larga vida \u00fatil.
